A global events management company engaged InAir Studio to build an advanced Budget Management and Vendor Resource Allocation tool in Airtable to integrate with their primary software solutions, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Boomi.
The events management company needed a centralized source for event budgets, resources, and expenses. Vendor resource availability and budget was difficult to verify and the revision process opened the opportunity for errors. Their systems were not connected, so there was no cohesive view of their events.
