Project Overview

A national retailer engaged InAir Studio to implement an intelligent scheduling algorithm to enhance staff allocation by integrating employee skills, geolocation, and availability, streamlining operations across its expanding store network.


The national retailer relied on a manual, spreadsheet-based approach to assign Store Development staff and Regional Managers to various stores, leading to significant and costly scheduling inefficiencies. With each region and corporate headquarters using its own spreadsheet, coordinating assignments and ensuring consistency across the company became a major challenge.


  • Designed and built a Scheduling Operations Management System in Airtable
