A prominent national restaurant chain was experiencing significant growth with an increasing number of new store openings annually. To facilitate this expansion, we developed a centralized system, streamlined workflow, and advanced staffing resource allocation to ensure each store was adequately staffed and operational by the grand opening.

Combining recruitment, hiring, and training operations for new store launches, along with multi-store collaboration, posed significant challenges.
