Hawaii VA Loans engaged InAir Studio to build a single source of truth system in Airtable that integrated their multiple applications together, such as their sales CRM, email automation, communication platform, and others, all in a user-friendly interface for team members.
HawaiiVALoans struggled with inefficient software across marketing, clients, and HR and needed to a streamlined system and automation workflow to avoid losing important data and increase effectiveness overall.
We designed and built an Airtable base to be the “source of truth” to filter data from all their systems, like their Sales CRM, Email automation platform, and others. The system included a user-friendly interface within Airtable to provide team members with a simple and intuitive platform.
They now have a comprehensive view of all customer data, providing insights into customer behavior and interactions. With automation, we were able to reduce manual labor time and cost.
