An educational development company engaged InAir Studio to build a Scheduling and Resource Allocation Tool with Airtable as the central information system to manage schools, classrooms, and auditors. They also needed a mobile app portal connected to Airtable to allow users easy access while in the field, in addition to custom integrations with Google Maps for advanced geolocation to analyze the distance from a project.
This educational development company needed an advanced resource allocation and scheduling tool to facilitate their expanding network of schools and classrooms. They were using Google Sheets and custom scripts, but were rapidly outgrowing the process with their growth trajectory.
We designed and built a Project and Resource Allocation system in Airtable, including a building complex algorithm to adequately ensure resource allocation based on 10+ data points. Additionally, we built a mobile app to allow users access to their profile, time management system, and tasks while in the field.
