We are growing at InAir and are looking for a LATAM-based HR Operations Lead to help us build and strengthen our People operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure in evolving environments and takes ownership of making processes work efficiently. ou will play a key role in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, while continuously improving systems and workflows to support our next stage of growth.
You will work closely with leadership to optimize HR processes, implement and improve systems such as Rippling, and ensure operations are structured, scalable, and well-documented.
This is a part-time role (20 hours per week to start), with the potential to grow into a full-time position over time.

Own and manage core HR operations: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional HR matters, leading several action items, from onboarding/offboarding to background checks and payroll validation.
Payroll Oversight: Review and validate payroll to ensure accuracy and completeness.
