We seek a Creative Lead to take over the creative direction and execution across all three brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is integral to shaping our brands' visual and strategic identity while ensuring alignment with market best practices. As a senior contributor with a hands-on approach, you’ll be responsible for high-level creative planning and delivering exceptional design assets. Creative Direction & Leadership:
- Define and execute the creative vision for our three brands, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market relevance across all channels.
- Stay ahead of design trends, technology advancements, and industry benchmarks to incorporate best practices into the creative strategy.
- Oversee the creation and evolution of brand guidelines to ensure cohesion across all touchpoints.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Plan and manage creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with marketing and business objectives.
- Develop processes to streamline workflows, improve creative output, and maximize team productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion data) to iterate and improve creative assets.
Hands-On Execution:
- Create high-quality visual assets, including branding materials, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, social media) and formats (static, video, interactive).
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to align creative strategies with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.
- Guide and mentor junior designers or freelancers, ensuring their work aligns with the creative vision.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a creative role, with at least 1 year in a managerial or lead capacity, preferably within B2B or technical companies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, marketing collateral, and multimedia assets, with an emphasis on B2B-focused projects.
- Experience designing for multiple platforms, including web, social media, email, and video, with a strong understanding of B2B audience engagement.
- Familiarity with performance-driven design principles, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, dynamic ads, and interactive content. nd data-informed creative strategies.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams, ensuring high-quality output while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and design for personalized, high-impact campaigns is a plus.
- Skilled in brand identity development, digital illustration, and multi-platform marketing asset creation.
- Proficiency in Figma and HubSpot, ideally Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and XD. animation background.
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design, prototyping, and interactive design, using Figma for wireframing, collaboration, and design systems.
- Expertise in video production, motion graphics, and animations, with strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing, dynamic storytelling, and engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with basic 3D design for visual enhancements, such as mockups and light 3D effects (optional but a plus).
- Highly accountable and self-driven, with a proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
